Manoj and Jayanth emerged as the winners of Jodi Number One: Season 6. This is also new to Jodi No 1 as usually all the participants are local artists. And also they have made the show more exciting by having a pair from Singapore: Issac and Logan. This season is kinda tough because of the gender, age and different dancing background/styles. They are inviting new judges for each round.

This time round the famous host of Jodi No 1 Series & Boys VS Girls Divyadarshini & Deepak are not hosting this season instead Sivakarthikeyan who was a participant in one of the season and Bhavna, who has hosted the 'Miss Chennai Show' are hosting. And usually in Jodi No 1 all the jodi's have been adults but this time they have allowed kids to participate too. The only exception is Nethran and his daughter Abhinaya. Usually jodi's are paired with someone in the opposite gender but this time round they are paired with people of the same gender. This Jodi Season 6 is very different from the past.
